Hinatukan Na Manok is native chicken cooked in thick coconut milk which gives the sauce a taste of semi-sweet flavor of coconut. Creamy and flavorful! This is definitely a must-try when visiting the province of Leyte!

HOW TO GET TO THE ORIENTAL HOTEL LEYTE
- Upon arriving at Tacloban City airport, take a "downtown Imelda" jeepney and alight at the Coca-Cola Plant at the turn around in Brgy. San Jose. Fare is is 7 pesos, travel time is around 5 minutes.
- From there, cross the street and take a multicab bound for St. Paul's and get off at Campetic Crossing (7 pesos).
- Cross the street and look for the tricycle terminal and ask the driver to bring you the The Oriental Hotel. Fare is 10 pesos each or around 50 pesos for special trip.
