Want to win a free trip to Japan? Dine at any Vikings branches, Four Seasons Buffet & Hotpot and Niu by Vikings branch and get a chance to win a trip for 2 to Japan! Here are the mechanics:
1. Every Php 5,000 single receipt from any Vikings branches, Four Seasons Buffet & Hotpot and Niu by Vikings branch in cash or credit card will entitle the guest to one raffle coupon entry.
2. To participate in the raffle, guest must fill in the coupon with his/her complete name, address, contact number, email and signature. This coupon will then be dropped at designated boxes at any Vikings Luxury Buffet, Four Seasons Hotpot City, and Niu by Vikings branches.
3. Deadline of submission of raffle entries is on December 15, 2016, 10:00 pm.
4. Announcement of winners will be on December 18, 2016 via website and Facebook pages of Vi-kings, Four Seasons Hotpot City, and Niu by Vikings. Winner will receive a registered mail, email and a call from a Vikings’ authorized representative.
Raffle Promo Prizes
Grand Prize: One (1) lucky winner will win a Signature Package Trip for 2 pax (2 Seasons in 1 Escape or Tokyodawara) for 5 days and 4 nights, inclusive of round trip Airfare ticket, Hotel, Tours and Meals (c/o Sparkle Holidays & Travel Corporation). Winners can only travel within six months upon receipt of prize certificate subject to block out dates.
Second prize: One (1) winner will win a trip for two to Sapporo for 3 days and 2 nights, inclusive of round trip Airfare ticket (c/o All Nippon Airways) and Accommodation (Prince Hotels & Re-sorts). Winners can only travel within six months upon receipt of prize certificate subject to block out dates.
Third prize: One (1) winner will win a trip for two to Hiroshima for 3 days and 2 nights, inclusive of round trip Airfare ticket (c/o All Nippon Airways.), and Accommodation (c/o Prince Hotels & Resorts). Winners can only travel within six months upon receipt of prize certificate subject to block out dates.
Fourth prize: One (1) winner will win a trip for two to Tokyo for 3 days and 2 nights, inclusive of round trip Airfare ticket (c/o All Nippon Airways.), and Accommodation (c/o Prince Hotels & Re-sorts). Winners can only travel within six months upon receipt of prize certificate subject to block out dates.
Terms & Condition
1. Four (4) winners will be drawn on December 18, 2016 at 5:00pm. Raffle draw will be held in Vi-kings Head Office at 2651 Rockefeller Street corner Copernico Street, Barangay San Isidro, Ma-kati City, in the presence of DTI and Vikings representatives.
2. A Participant can only win once, if a Name has been drawn more than once, he/she will get the higher valued prize.
3. The winners will be notified the next day after the draw date through contact information provided and registered mail on details of prize redemption.
4. Winner will be given sixty (60) days upon receipt of notification to claim their prize certificate. After the 60-days claiming period, unclaimed prize will be forfeited in favor of Vikings with the prior approval of DTI.
5. Redemption center for NCR winners will be in Vikings Head Office at 2651 Rockefeller Street corner Copernico Street, Barangay San Isidro, Makati City. For provincial winners, it’ll be the nearest Vikings branch in their area.
6. Upon redeeming his/her prize, winner will be given 6 months to issue, book and travel via All Nip-pon Airways, Prince Hotels & Resorts and Sparkle Holidays & Travel Corp. No booking on peak seasons & holidays.
7. Passport should be valid at least 6 months before travel date. All out-of-pocket expenses, meals, travel tax/ insurance, visas, and any other ancillary costs including travel cost from province to Manila, except as stated above, incurred by a winner and his/her companions are the responsibility of the individual prize winner and, where applicable, their nominated guest.
8. Winner must present registered notice together with two (2) valid forms of identification or gov-ernment-issued photo I.D., including Driver’s License, SSS I.D., Passport, Birth Certificate, TIN card and a valid Tax Identification Number (TIN). In addition, must present the winning raffle claim stub.
9. Requirement of winner’s representative in claiming the prize – an authorization letter from the winner, photocopy of winner’s valid identification (Passport, Driver’s License or SSS I.D. of both the winner and his/her representative, and a copy of the winner’s TIN), winner’s registered mail notice and winning claiming stub.
10. The prize is transferable but not convertible to cash or any other item. Prizes may be transferred (prior receiving actual plane ticket) to the winner’s nominated recipient who is able to satisfy the requirements for the claiming of prizes.
11. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to hold Vikings, Niu by Vikings and Four Seasons Hot-pot City and its affiliates free and harmless from any loss, injury, or damage caused by or arising from his/her participation in the program or caused by or arising from his/her acceptance and/or use of the prize.
12. Vikings, Niu by Vikings and Four Seasons Hotpot City reserve the right to disclose and publish names, photos and other information of the winners in any mode or manner, as relevant to the Promotion, in any mode or manner as they may deem appropriate.
13. All employees, Management and Board of Directors of Vikings Luxury Buffet and its sponsors and accredited advertising agencies and their relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from participating in the promotion.
14. The promo organizer’s decision with regards to the Promo Mechanics, winners and prizes, with the concurrence of DTI, is final.
